Deepen your connection to the female body and discover how to have a healthy, positive relationship with your menstrual cycle. We will learn all about the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how to sync food, exercise, sex, and work with your cycle. This will be an interactive session with opportunities for small group discussions as well as personal learning and reflection.
